Water expands and freezes. Before the cold weather approaches, take these precautions to avoid your water from freezing.

• Wrap outside faucets.
• Caulk around pipes where they enter the home.
• Disconnect garden hoses.
• Drain in- ground sprinkler systems.
• Shut off & drain your water systemif you are leaving your home for several days.
