The Leading Cause to Home Fires

Question: Do you know the leading cause of fires in the home are in any weather conditions? It just might not be what you think.  

Answer: Surprisingly (or unsurprisingly depending on how up-to-speed you are on fire causes), it's cooking. We cook in the house and on our grills outside. So no matter what where you are doing your cooking, kitchen fires are one of the leading causes of fire in the home.  So please, take caution, do not leave the stove unattended, check the oven often, do not let the flame hit any outside walls or wooden surfaces.  Be careful or grease build up.  No matter where you are cooking please for your own safety be careful in the kitchen or where ever you may be cooking.
